Introduction:

In English, Xi Hu means West Lake. This is a renowned production place for quality Long Jing. There are several famous production areas of Xihu Longjing in Xi Hu such as Shi Feng(狮峰), Mei Jia Wu(梅家坞), Weng Jia Shan(翁家山), and Long Wu(龙坞). Among them, the most famous one is Shi Feng. In English, Shi Feng means Lion Peak. Shi Feng is located in Long Jing village of Xi Hu. This place has a very long history of producing Long Jing, and there are the original tea trees that were reserved for making the tribute Longjing tea for Emperor Qian Long of Qing Dynasty.

Although Shi Feng Long Jing is seen as the best one of Xihu Long Jing, its extremely high prices make common people unabel to take it as a casual daily drinking tea and we only source quite limited quantities from the tea farmer in Shi Feng every year. You'd better reserve it and order it before 5th April every year to ensure you can get it if you want.

Preparation Methods:

1. Put 2g Shi Feng Longjing Tea into the glass;
2. Pour into the glass 100ml 80°C water;
3. Brew for 1-2 minutes. One minute for delicate taste, two minutes for stronger taste;
4. The Shi Feng Longjing Tea stands up to four brewing.

Flavor \taste note: Fresh, floral and mellow with orchard fruit notes, a soft, silky mouthfeel and a sweet lasting aftertaste
Dried leaves: Greenish, whole flat and neat leaves with sharp edge
Liquor: A bright pale green
Brewed Tealeaves: One bud with two tender leaves in pale green color
