Introduction: |
Lapsang Souchong tea is also known as Zheng Shan Souchong. Zheng Shan means "Original Mountain" and only tea leaves picked from a part area of Wuyishan Mountain, mainly centering in Tong Mu Guan can be called as "Zheng Shan". This Organic Certified Lapsang Souchong tea from Wuyishan, Fujian province of China having been smoked during manufacture has a special characteristics in that they have a subtle hint of a very sweet fruit in China called "longan". |
Preparation Methods: | 1. Put 2g Organic Lapsang Souchong Tea into a warmed glass; 2. Pour into the glass 100ml 100°C water; 3. Brew for 20 seconds for the first brewing, longer time for the following brewing; 4. The Organic Lapsang Souchong stands up to five brewing. |
